THE PEOPLE BEHIND THE PROGRAMME

Built by senior Singapore executives. For senior Singapore executives.

Fractional Academy Asia was created by a team of C-suite and Director-level professionals who made the jump to fractional work in Singapore themselves. No course existed for our stage of career, so we built the one we needed.

Singapore-built and tested · Built by practitioners · Zero jargon · One framework, six modules

You don't need another vague reinvention course

The old way, guessing your way through it

  • Generic "reinvent yourself" content aimed at any career stage, not yours
  • LinkedIn hot takes instead of a repeatable system
  • No Singapore-specific rate data
  • Legal paperwork you have to source and adapt yourself
  • Months of trial and error before the first paying client

The FAA framework

  • A framework for repositioning 20 to 30 years of experience
  • A system for pricing it properly, with Singapore benchmarks
  • A playbook for finding your first paying client
  • The legal groundwork done for you: engagement agreements, NDAs, IP terms
  • The same four things, in order, every time

Singapore-built, Singapore-tested, in the same jurisdiction your clients operate in.

What You'll Actually Do - Module by Module

  • Module 1 - Who You Are Now: move from "employee" to "independent professional," and choose the one function (CFO, CMO, COO, CHRO, commercial, or technology) you're going fractional in.
  • Module 2 - Package Your Expertise: turn 20 to 30 years of experience into a one-sentence pitch and a 150-word bio that actually lands.
  • Module 3 - Price Like a Professional: real Singapore day-rate and retainer benchmarks, a rate calculator, and scripts for holding your price in a negotiation.
  • Module 4 - Find Your First Client: a structured way to activate your existing network, rebuild your LinkedIn profile, and run the meetings that turn a conversation into a signed engagement.
  • Module 5 - Run the Engagement: the actual paperwork, engagement agreement, NDA, IP terms, and how to manage more than one client without either one feeling shortchanged.
  • Module 6 - Build for Scale: moving from one client to a three-client portfolio, and raising your rate at renewal instead of staying flat.

Six to eight hours of video, workbook exercises after every lesson, and templates you keep.

Why This Works

Korn Ferry reported six times more requests from Singapore-based firms for fractional leaders in 2025 versus the year before (The Business Times, June 2025). This is not a niche experiment anymore. It is where senior hiring in Singapore is already moving.

"None of us found a course built for where we actually were in our careers. What we found was reinvention content written for people twenty years younger, or executive coaching priced for a retainer we didn't need. So we wrote the six-module version instead." From the Fractional Academy Asia team.

Individual outcomes will vary based on your network, function, and effort.

Common Questions

Who is actually behind Fractional Academy Asia?
A small team of former C-suite and Director-level executives who went fractional in Singapore themselves, and who now teach the framework they used to do it.

Why isn't this taught live, or with 1:1 coaching?
Because the bottleneck was never access to a coach. It was not having a repeatable system. Six modules, at your own pace, gets you there without the coaching-retainer price tag.

Is this built for Singapore only, or does it work across Asia?
Every rate benchmark, contract template, and legal reference is built for Singapore's market and jurisdiction. Regional expansion is on our roadmap once we've proven this with Singapore executives first.

How is this different from generic career-transition content?
Generic content tells you to "leverage your network." This gives you the actual script, the actual rate calculator, and the actual contract templates, built for the fractional-executive path specifically.

You've made bigger transitions than this one. This is just the first one with a framework attached.
